On behalf of the School Board, we extend a warm welcome to our community. The Board is responsible for governing the institution, overseeing fiscal, academic, and operational aspects to ensure the school remains competitive in an ever-evolving academic landscape.

Our Founder/CEO and Chairman of the School Board, Festus Mrakpor, is a distinguished visionary leader, scholar, and expert in business and education management. With a proven track record in leadership and management, Dr. Festus brings a wealth of experience to our institution.
Academic Credentials
Dr. Festus holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from UNICAF University, specializing in Leadership, Management, and Administration. He also possesses double master's degrees in Education Leadership and Administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Roehampton, London, UK. His academic credentials are complemented by a BSc in Management from California Coast University, United States, and a Diploma in Welding and Fabrication Engineering Technology from the Petroleum Training Institute Effurun, Nigeria.
Professional Affiliations and Research
Dr. Festus is a member of several prestigious international organizations, including Research Gate Berlin, Germany, Academia San Francisco, United States, and the European Society for Research in Adult Development, Finland. His research interests focus on business/educational leadership, management, policy studies, and practice. He has published several papers in reputable international journals and conferences.

Comrade (Mrs.) Success S. Mrakpor
Board Vice-ChairpersonSuccess Mrakpor is the board vice-chairperson and the proprietress of Success Heritage Modern Academy. She holds a master's degree in education administration and planning from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Bachelor of Education in Religious Education from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria.
She also obtained a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in History Education from the College of Education, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Additionally, she received other professional certificates in Early Childhood Education from the Universal Basic Education Board.
A seasoned educationist with over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience in Nigeria's private and government educational sectors, she is a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and an elective member of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, Ughelli South, Delta State Chapter.
Dr. Yusuf Suleiman
Board Member and Educational Management ConsultantDr. Yusuf Suleiman is a distinguished academic and expert in educational management with an impressive academic background. He obtained his B.Ed and M.Ed in Educational Management from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, before earning his PhD in Education from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Further enhancing his expertise, he secured a Master’s in Policy and Strategic Studies with distinction from Kwara State University Business School.
Currently, Dr. Suleiman serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Counselling at Al-Hikmah University, Nigeria. He also holds the pivotal role of Director at the Centre for Research, Industrial Linkage, and International Cooperation within the same institution.
His scholarly influence extends globally, having presented research papers at international conferences across the USA, Rwanda, South Africa, Cameroon, Gambia, Liberia, Ghana, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and Azerbaijan.
A highly decorated professional, Dr. Suleiman is a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management and Leadership Development (FIPMLD) and the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), as well as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
He is also an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), and the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM).
Additionally, he belongs to the Global Association for Humanities and Social Science Research (GAHSSR), the Association for Development of Teaching, Education and Learning (ADTEL), and the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
Beyond his academic and professional affiliations, Dr. Suleiman is the founder and CEO of Yusa’ad Educational Services Limited, reflecting his dedication to advancing education and leadership development.
His outstanding contributions to education, policy, and strategic studies continue to inspire both in Nigeria and on the global stage.
Engr. Arie Gratton
Board MemberEngr. Gratton Arie is a board member and technical advisor at Success Heritage Modern Academy. He holds an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Benin, Nigeria.
He has a double Postgraduate Diploma (P.G.D.) in Pipeline Integrity Management from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Production Engineering (P.G.D.) from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He also obtained a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu, Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Technically astute with over 20 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, he has expertise in pipeline construction, maintenance and integrity disciplines, planning, scheduling, and project execution and completion.
